SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Daily Rate Contract

Location: Dublin
Contract Length: 12 Months

Daily Rate: €500-€550 per day

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives for a leading organisation based in Ireland. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Provide functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (see below)
• Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support
• Produce functional documentation and best-practice recommendations
• Collaborate with technical teams, HR, and project stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
• Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules, such as: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation
• Experience working on end-to-end implementations and/or large-scale enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a contract environment
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) highly desirable
